Reuben B. Collins, II received his B.A. from Fisk University in 1983 and a J.D. from the District of Columbia School of Law in 1995. He is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, New Jersey and, Maryland. Federal practice jurisdictions include the United States District Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia respectively.  Mr. Collins is also a member of the United States Court of Federal Claims and the Court of Appeals for the Fourth and District of Columbia Circuits.

Mr. Collins has acted as counsel for clients from various backgrounds in a broad range of litigation matters. His representation of businesses both for profit and non-profit and their compliance with federal and state laws is exceptional.
